See what we’ll build together
The Daily Success Plan + Playbook is a working session where we slow down long enough
to design a simple, realistic game plan you can actually run every day.
During our time together, we’ll:
- Clarify your income and transaction goals in plain numbers
- Reverse-engineer how many conversations and appointments you really need
- Build a time-blocked daily schedule that fits your real life (not a “perfect” day)
- Define your core outbound “blocks” (prospect, nurture, sphere, pipeline)
- Outline simple scripts and talk tracks for your top 2–3 lead sources
- Create a one-page success scoreboard you can check in under 2 minutes a day

What’s inside your Playbook
After the session, you’ll receive a written Playbook you can print, save, or hand to
your accountability partner or team lead. It’s meant to be simple, not fancy.
Your customized Playbook typically includes:
- Daily time blocks with start/stop times for each core activity
- Conversation and contact targets by lead source (FSBO, SOI, online leads, etc.)
- Sample call frameworks, voicemail ideas, and first-text templates
- Follow-up cadence for new leads, warm prospects, and “watch list” buyers
- Weekly review checklist to adjust your plan without throwing it out
The goal is to remove friction: you shouldn’t wake up wondering what to do.
You open your Playbook, run the plan, and let the math work in your favor.
Is the Daily Success Plan + Playbook a fit for you?
This is not for agents who want a magic lead source. It is for agents who are
willing to do the work — but want clarity, structure, and a plan that feels human.
Great fit if...
- Your days feel reactive and scattered
- You know you should prospect, but it keeps getting pushed
- You’re juggling multiple lead sources with no consistent rhythm
- You want accountability that feels supportive, not shaming
Maybe not the best fit if...
- You’re looking for “set it and forget it” marketing
- You’re not ready to block time on your calendar
- You don’t plan to track basic numbers at all
How the Daily Success Plan session works
We’ll keep it simple and practical:
- 1. Quick pre-call intake. You answer a few short questions so we know your starting point.
- 2. Live working session (45–60 minutes). We map out your goals, calendar, and activity targets together.
- 3. Build your Playbook. We translate the plan into a simple one-pager you can actually use.
- 4. Optional check-in. If you’d like, we can schedule a quick follow-up to see what’s working.
Whether you’re newer to the business or rebuilding momentum, you’ll walk away with
clarity on what to do, when to do it, and how to know if it’s working.

Common questions about the Daily Success Plan
Do I need to bring my numbers or a business plan?
Not at all. If you have them, great — we’ll plug them in. If not, we’ll build from
a simple income target and work backward to conversations, appointments, and closings.
Is this just for high-producing agents?
No. This works for agents at different stages. The plan will look different for a
brand-new agent than it will for someone managing a big pipeline, but the framework
is the same: clear, consistent daily activities.
Do we talk about lead sources and strategy too?
Yes. We’ll look at where your opportunities are coming from now, which sources you
want to grow, and how to allocate your time so you’re not chasing everything at once.
Is there any cost or obligation?
There’s no cost and no obligation to send business. This is about helping you build
a business that’s stable, sustainable, and less stressful. If we’re a good fit for
future mortgage conversations, we can talk about that too.
